- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
- salt and pepper garlic powder and onion powder to taste
- 1 cups ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
- DIRECTIONS:
- brown the ribs in the oven @ 400 for 15 minutes per side, cut them into half racks and place them in the slow cooker
- In a separate bowl mix all the other ingredients and pour over ribs making sure to coat all the meat.
- cook on low for about 6 hours
We served the ribs with roasted potatoes and Parmesan roasted asparagus and a nice caprese salad.....my absolute favorite for summer time
